TAKE NOTE of these important details once you have arrived in

Denmark.....

 A Welcome Desk for Design Diplomacy guests will be manned by

TRI.PARTNERS, in the lobby of the Radisson/SAS, Amager Boulevard 70, on

September 6th, from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.  We will assist you in any way we

can.

 

On September 6th at 6:30 p.m, the conference Welcome Reception will

begin at Ambassadorial residence, Rydhave, Strandvejen 259, Charlottenlund, approximately 15 kilometres north of the city center.  Conference buses will 

transport you to Rydhave, leaving the Radisson/SAS Hotel at Amager Blvd. 70, 

with two departures : 6:00 p.m. and 6:15.  If you choose to travel on your own, 

a taxi takes approximately 20 minutes.

 

For Security reasons, only pre-registered attendees to the conference will be on

the Welcome Reception guest list at Rydhave's entrance gate.  Be prepared to

show photo identification.(passports!)

 

The conference Opening Program begins on September 7th at 9:00 a.m. at

The Royal Library (Black Diamond), Soren Kierkegaards Plads 1, in the

Queen's Hall Auditorium. Conference materials and name tags will be issued

to attendees just outside the auditorium from 8:30 a.m on the morning of the 7th.
